Esta canción la compuso The Edge, de la letra se ocupó Bono. Surgió tras una disputa que tuvo la banda al no poder llegar a un acuerdo sobre la nueva dirección que se debía tomar, en cuanto al estilo musical.
Según cuenta el grupo,después de una gran bronca, The Edge tomó su guitarra y empezó a improvisar.Quince minutos después, esta obra de arte estaba finalizada. Todos reconocieron las posibilidades del tema al instante. Bono comentó que le inspiró la letra el motivo de la fuerte disputa que se originó en el grupo. 
Todos los ingresos por derechos de esta canción estan cedidos a la luch contra el SIDA. 
De este tema se hicieron tres videos. El primero mostraba a los componentes de la banda vestidos de Drag Queen, inspiración según ellos del Carnaval de Tenerife.
En la segunda versión se podían ver unos búfalos corriendo hacía una barranco por el cual finalmente caián.

This song was composed by The Edge, with Bono´s letter. It arose after a dispute that had the band on not having been able to reach an agreement about the new direction that had to think, as for the musical style. As the group talk, after a great wrangle, The Edge took his guitar and started improvising. Fifteen minutes later, this work of art was finished. They all recognized the song possibilities to the instant. Bono commented that the letter was inspired in the motive of the strong dispute that originated in the group a few minuts after. All the income for rights of this song, are destinated to the fight against the AIDS.

Three videoes were done. The first one was showing to the components of the band dressed as Drag Queens, inspiration according to them, in Tenerife´s Carnival. In the second version a few buffaloes could be seen running, finally they fall in to the dept.
