Phill Collins- In the air tonight

Bien, como Phill Collins es un gigante y tiene mucho que contar, me voy a centrar en esta ocasión en la historia de la canción "In the air tonight".
Cuenta la leyenda que a finales de los setenta, un amigo de Phill falleció ahogado. Más tarde se enteró de que cierta persona fue testigo de como su amigo se ahogaba, negandose a intervenir.
Collins hizo las averiguaciones y gestiones necesarias, sin concretar los medios para identificar al testigo pasivo, para invitarle al concierto en el cual estrenaba "In the air tonight". A modo de venganza indirecta, durante la actuación un foco iluminó al invitado especial de Collins, originando con ello una salida del anonimato y a la par, un sin fín de menosprecios y humillaciones hacia aquella persona. Tras verse humillada constantemente por sus allegados, compañeros de trabajo y mundo informativo en general, el antiheroe acabó suicidandose. ....El poder de la música....

The legend talks that at the end of the seventies, a friend of Phill died drowned. Later he discovered, that certain person was a witness of  his friend was suffocating, refusing to take part. Collins did the inquiries and necessary negotiations, without making concrete the means to identify the passive witness, to invite him to the concert in which it was putting on " In the air tonight "

Like indirect revenge, during the action an area illuminated the special guest of Collins, originating with it an exit of the anonymity and at same time, one without fín of contempts and humiliations towards that person.
